Excellent location, excellent service!
This hotel is right in the action, everything is within walking distance, including the ADO bus station for the bus that you can take from Cancun airport to arrive in Playa, 5th avenue with all the shops and restaurants, and the beach is literally one block away. Yet, since the hotel is on a little side street, it’s quiet. The hotel is well taken care of and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the third floor of the hotel with two queen beds and it had a little balcony looking into the courtyard where they have a small pool. Internet access was available from the room. The room itself is very basic, with no chest of drawers available. But it did have a place to hang clothes and a desk for your laptop. The main advantage of this hotel is the location. Everything is within walking distance. We didn’t take the breakfast option - there are so many restaurant options available on 5th and 10th, that it’s nicer to have the choice. I’m very happy with our stay at this hotel and would stay here again!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights here in May. We loved the location, about 1 block back from the beach. This is a small hotel with well appointed rooms which all look out on a courtyard which contains a small pool.

The Hacienda Caribe is in a great location...close to 5th but on th side street so no noise.. we reallu enjoyed our stay. the staff are great,helpful and very friendly. it is a perfectlittle oasis with the court yard and being so close to 5th. we didn't stay for breakfast since we headed to 5th to eat at the varity of places. anyhow would recommend. Our room was clean, and we loved the Mexican tile and layout.

We stayed in the master suite and found it clean, big and wonderful. Our balcony overlooked the street and we could see the ocean from it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the price was excellent, breakfast was good and the location was great. We arrived early and they let us check in early. I would not stay here for a week because I like to "get away" from the city but I really enjoyed the hotel. I read some of the other reviews and our room and bath were clean and smelled clean and we had hot water that was hot. I would recommend this to everyone.
